  • The product is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags included.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items on sale or clearance (except in case of defects).

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow the steps below:

    • Your order number.

    • The reasons for your return request.

    • Photos or proof of the issue (if applicable).

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the product to our address, using a traceable shipping method.


4. Return Fees

  • Returns are free: Mykonfort covers the shipping costs for returning the product.

  • In case of a defective product or an error on our part, all return and shipping costs will be fully covered.


5. Refunds for Approved Returns

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days.
